You can update your contact and account details in My.GARMTECH (client area) at any time. Keeping your profile correct helps with invoices, domain registrations, renewal reminders, and security notifications.
Update your account details
- Log in to My.GARMTECH.
- Open your account menu (usually in the top right) and choose Account Details (wording can vary).
- Update the fields you need (name, company, address, phone number, etc.).
- Click Save Changes.
Change the login email address
In many cases, your login email can also be updated from the same Account Details page.
- Enter the new email address and save.
- For security, you may be asked to confirm the change (for example via a verification email).
Update password and security settings
- Use Change Password in your account settings to set a strong password.
- If you use Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), make sure you still have access to your authenticator app before changing your email/password.
Contacts and additional users
If you want colleagues to have their own login (recommended), use Users / Contacts (sometimes called “Sub-Accounts”) instead of sharing one password. Each user can have separate permissions.
