You can update your billing details (company name, address, VAT number, contact person) in My.GARMTECH. Updated details are normally used for future invoices.
Update billing information
- Sign in to My.GARMTECH.
- Open your Profile / Account section (usually under your name in the top menu).
- Find Billing Details (or Address / Company details).
- Update the fields you need:
- Company / Full name
- Registration number (if applicable)
- VAT number (if applicable)
- Billing address
- Email / phone for billing notifications
- Save changes.
Important notes
- Already issued invoices: changes usually do not rewrite previously issued invoices automatically.
- Be consistent: use the same legal entity details you use for accounting and VAT reporting.
- Multiple users: if multiple users manage your My.GARMTECH account, agree internally who is responsible for billing updates.
