Add or update a payment method in My.GARMTECH

In My.GARMTECH you can pay invoices and place new orders using several payment methods (card, PayPal, Apple Pay, WebMoney, crypto, or SEPA bank transfer). You can also save a payment method for faster checkout and renewals.

Add a new card (recommended for automatic renewals)

  1. Log in to My.GARMTECH.
  2. Open BillingPayment Methods.
  3. Click Add New Credit Card.
  4. Enter the card details and save.
  5. (Optional) Set it as your Default payment method.

Pay an invoice with a different method

Even if you have a saved card, you can choose another method when paying a specific invoice:

  1. Open BillingMy Invoices.
  2. Open the required invoice and click Pay Now.
  3. Select the payment method and complete the checkout.

Supported payment options

  • Cards: VISA, MasterCard (3‑D Secure may be required by your bank).
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay (where available)
  • WebMoney
  • Crypto: ApeCoin, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, DAI, Dogecoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, SHIBA INU, Tether, USD Coin (also MATIC, USD Coin, and WETH on Polygon).
  • Bank transfer: EUR SEPA transfer (manual processing time applies).

Troubleshooting

  • Card declined: check available funds and 3‑D Secure approval, then try again.
  • Invoice still unpaid after bank transfer: bank transfers are not instant; processing depends on your bank and the payment reference.
  • Crypto payment: make sure the correct network is selected and that you send the exact amount shown at checkout.

Tip: Keeping an up-to-date default card helps avoid service interruption if an invoice reaches the due date.
