Update your profile details and login email in My.GARMTECH

Your My.GARMTECH profile details (especially your email address) are important because they are used for:

Before you change the login email

  • Make sure you still have access to the new email mailbox (you may need to confirm the change).
  • If your account has multiple users, each user has their own login email — update the correct user.

Update your details

  1. Log in to My.GARMTECH.
  2. Open your profile menu (top‑right) and go to Account Details / My Details (the wording may differ slightly).
  3. Update the fields you need, for example:
    • Email Address (this becomes your login)
    • Name, Company, Phone
    • Address and other billing details
  4. Click Save Changes.

What happens after you change the email

  • Next time you sign in, use the new email address as the login.
  • Your services, invoices and ticket history remain in the same account. (/tickets/create/step1)
  • You may receive an email confirmation/security notification about the change.

If you cannot confirm the change

  • If the system asks to confirm the new email and you do not receive the message, check your spam/junk folder.
  • If you no longer have access to the old email and cannot complete the change, create a support request in My.GARMTECH and include the account and billing details needed for verification.
