Change a hosting email password in Plesk

Use this guide if your email address was created on your GARMTECH hosting in Plesk (for example, info@yourdomain.tld).

1) Log in to Plesk

  1. Log in to My.GARMTECH.
  2. Open Services → select your hosting service.
  3. Click the Plesk button (or open the server hostname in your browser using https://).

2) Change the mailbox password

  1. In Plesk, open Mail.
  2. Click the email address you want to update.
  3. Set a new password:
    • Either choose Generate (recommended for strong passwords), or
    • Select Specify and type your own password.
  4. Click OK / Save.

3) Update your devices and email apps

  • Update the password in Outlook/Thunderbird/Apple Mail/mobile mail apps.
  • If you use multiple devices, update all of them to prevent repeated login attempts (which can temporarily block sending).

Security note (recommended)

  • If you changed the password because of suspicious activity, also check the mailbox settings in Plesk for unexpected forwarders or other changes.
  • Consider enabling 2FA in My.GARMTECH to protect account access.
