You can change your Business Email mailbox password in the GARMTECH.Email web interface. After changing the password, you must update it on all devices and email apps where the mailbox is configured (Outlook, Thunderbird, phone, etc.).
Change the password in GARMTECH.Email
- Open GARMTECH.Email.
- Sign in with your full email address (for example,
name@yourdomain.com) and the current password.
- Open Settings (usually a gear icon).
- Find Password (or Security → Password).
- Enter your current password and the new password, then save.
After the change
- Update the password in all email clients connected via IMAP/POP3/SMTP.
- If an app keeps asking for the password, remove the account from the app and add it again using the new password.
Important note (Hosting mailboxes in Plesk)
If your mailbox was created as part of a Website Hosting service (managed in Plesk), the password is usually changed in Plesk (Mail → email address → Change settings). Business Email mailboxes are changed in GARMTECH.Email.
Password tips
- Use a long password and avoid dictionary words.
- Do not reuse your My.GARMTECH password for email.
