Create an email address (mailbox) in Plesk

You can create domain email addresses (mailboxes) for your hosting subscription in Plesk. After the mailbox is created, you can read and send email using GARMTECH.Email (webmail) or any email app via IMAP/POP3.

Before you start

• You need access to Plesk. The easiest way is to open your service in My.GARMTECH and click Login to Plesk.
• Your domain must already be added to your hosting subscription in Plesk.

Create a mailbox in Plesk

1. Log in to Plesk.
2. Open Mail.
3. Click Create Email Address.
4. Enter:
   • Email address: the part before @, and select the domain.
   • Password: set a strong password (or generate one).
   • Mailbox: keep it enabled if you want to store mail on the server.
   • Mailbox size: set a limit if you want to control usage (optional).
5. Click OK / Create.

Log in to webmail (GARMTECH.Email)

1. Open https://garmtech.email.
2. Enter the full email address (for example, info@example.com) and the mailbox password.
3. If you changed the password in Plesk, update it in all your devices and apps too.

Important: use your service server hostname (the same hostname you use for FTP-SSL) so the SSL certificate matches.

Common issues

• “Mail” is missing in Plesk: mail service may be disabled for the subscription or domain. Check Mail Settings in Plesk. If you cannot enable mail, request it via a support ticket. (/tickets/create/step1)
• You can send but not receive: check the domain’s MX record in your DNS. If your DNS is not managed by GARMTECH (for example, Cloudflare), you must set the MX record there.
• Mailbox is full: delete unnecessary mail (including Trash and Junk) or increase the mailbox size/hosting plan.
