Reset your My.GARMTECH password

My.GARMTECH is the client area where you manage your services (Hosting, VPS, Domains, Business Email, Cloud Storage), invoices, and support tickets. (/tickets/create/step1)

Reset your password

  1. Open My.GARMTECH.
  2. On the login page, click Forgot Password?
  3. Enter the email address that is used as the main login for your My.GARMTECH account.
  4. Check your inbox and open the password reset email.
  5. Click the reset link, set a new password, and sign in.

Security note: If you did not request a reset, do not click the link. Simply ignore the email.

If you don’t receive the reset email

  • Check Spam/Junk folders (and the “Promotions” tab if your mailbox has one).
  • Make sure the email address is typed correctly and is the same one you use to sign in to My.GARMTECH.
  • If your mailbox is on your own domain, check that mail from @garmtech.com is not blocked by filters, rules, or a corporate gateway.
  • If you recently changed your email address, try the previous email that may still be set as your login.

Create a strong password

  • Use a long password (12+ characters is recommended).
  • Use a unique password that you do not use on other websites.
  • Consider using a password manager to store it safely.

After changing the password, sign in again in all browsers and devices where you use My.GARMTECH.
