If you forgot your Plesk password, you usually do not need a manual reset. On GARMTECH hosting you can log in to Plesk directly from My.GARMTECH using a secure login link, then set a new password from inside the panel.

Step 1 — Open Plesk from My.GARMTECH (no password required)

  1. Sign in to My.GARMTECH.
  2. Go to ServicesMy Services.
  3. Open your hosting service.
  4. Click Login to Plesk (or a similar button).

You should be logged in to Plesk automatically.

Step 2 — Change your Plesk password

  1. In Plesk, open your user menu (top‑right) and select My Profile.
  2. Find Password and set a new, strong password.
  3. Save the changes.

If you manage multiple Plesk users

If your hosting subscription has additional users (for example, a developer account), you can change their passwords too:

  1. In Plesk, go to Users.
  2. Select the required user.
  3. Use the password change option and save.

Important notes

  • Plesk password is for Plesk panel login. It is not automatically the same as your email mailbox password.
  • If you also use the same password in browser password managers, update the saved entry after you change it.
  • For better security, enable 2FA in Plesk if available.

If you cannot access My.GARMTECH

If you cannot sign in to My.GARMTECH, reset the My.GARMTECH password first, then repeat the steps above.
