My.GARMTECH supports invoice payments in cryptocurrency. When you choose the crypto payment method, the invoice page will show the currency, network, amount, and the destination address (or a QR code).
Supported cryptocurrencies
The available list can vary by gateway, but GARMTECH commonly supports:
- Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin (DOGE)
- Ethereum (ETH), DAI
- Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC)
- SHIBA INU (SHIB), ApeCoin (APE)
- Polygon network: MATIC, USDC, WETH (when available)
Always follow the options shown on your invoice — they are the source of truth for that payment.
How to pay with crypto
- Log in to My.GARMTECH and open Billing → Invoices.
- Open the invoice and click Pay Now.
- Select Cryptocurrency as the payment method.
- Choose the coin and (if prompted) the network.
- Copy the destination address and the exact amount from the invoice page.
- Send the payment from your wallet/exchange.
- Wait for network confirmations. After confirmation, the invoice status changes to Paid.
Important safety rules
- Network must match: sending USDT on the wrong network can result in an unrecoverable payment.
- Send the exact amount: crypto invoices are matched by amount and address. If your wallet subtracts fees from the amount, the invoice may remain unpaid.
- Use only the address shown: do not reuse old invoice addresses or send funds to a different address.
- Time limits: some invoices are valid for a limited time window due to exchange rate fluctuations. If the payment request expires, generate a new payment from the invoice.
