To keep your website and email working without interruption, renew your domain before its expiry date. In My.GARMTECH you can renew a domain for one or more years and enable auto-renew.
Check the expiry date
- Log in to My.GARMTECH.
- Go to Domains → My Domains.
- Open the domain — you will see the Next Due Date/Expiry Date on the domain details page.
Renew the domain
- On the domain details page, click Renew (or choose the number of years).
- Confirm the renewal order.
- If an invoice is created, pay it in Billing → My Invoices.
Enable auto-renew
- Open Domains → My Domains → select the domain.
- Find Auto Renew and switch it On.
- Make sure you have a working payment method available in your account to avoid missed renewals.
What happens if a domain expires?
- Your website and email that depend on this domain may stop working.
- Most TLDs have a grace period and (sometimes) a redemption period, but the exact timeline depends on the domain extension.
Recommendation: Renew the domain early and keep auto-renew enabled, especially for business-critical domains.
