If you use an Apple device (iPhone, iPad, or Mac), the easiest way to add your mailbox is to install the email configuration profile provided in GARMTECH.Email. It automatically applies the correct settings.
Download the profile from GARMTECH.Email
- Sign in to GARMTECH.Email.
- Open Settings.
- Find a section like Mobile devices, Configuration profile, or Apple profile.
- Download the profile for your mailbox (usually a
.mobileconfig file).
Install on iPhone / iPad (iOS / iPadOS)
- Open the downloaded
.mobileconfig file on your device.
- Go to Settings → Profile Downloaded (or VPN & Device Management).
- Tap Install and confirm any prompts.
- When asked, enter the mailbox password.
- Open the Mail app and verify that you can send and receive emails.
Install on macOS
- Open the downloaded profile file.
- macOS will ask to review and install it in System Settings → Profiles (the location depends on macOS version).
- Complete the installation and enter the mailbox password if prompted.
- Check Apple Mail.
Notes
- If the profile option is not available for your mailbox, you can still set up the account manually using IMAP/SMTP settings.
- If you have multiple mailboxes, install a separate profile for each one.
- You can remove the profile later from device settings if needed.
