My.GARMTECH is the main place to manage your services and find the technical details you often need for setup: server hostname, control panel login buttons, nameservers, and service status.
Where to find service details
- Log in to My.GARMTECH.
- Open Services → My Services.
- Click the service you need (Hosting, VPS, Business Email, Cloud Storage, etc.).
On the service page you will typically find:
- Service status (Active/Suspended/etc.).
- Server hostname (example:
s###.garmtech.com).
- Server IP address (for VPS and sometimes for hosting).
- Quick access buttons (for example “Login to Plesk”).
What to use these details for
Web Hosting (Plesk)
- Plesk login: use the “Login to Plesk” button from the service page.
- FTP‑SSL host: use the service’s server hostname in your FTP client.
- Email clients (IMAP/SMTP): use the same server hostname as the incoming/outgoing server.
- Nameservers: if your domain uses GARMTECH DNS, set nameservers to
ns1.garmtech.com, ns2.garmtech.com, ns3.garmtech.com.
VPS
- SSH/RDP: use the VPS IP address shown in the service details.
- Reinstall/reset: most VPS management actions are available in the VPS service page (depending on the VPS type).
Tip: keep credentials in one place
For security, avoid sharing passwords in plain text. If you work with a team, create separate user access where possible and use password managers.
