How to log in to Plesk from My.GARMTECH (and find your server hostname)

Plesk is the control panel used on GARMTECH Website Hosting and WordPress Hosting plans. The fastest and safest way to access it is via My.GARMTECH.

Log in to Plesk via My.GARMTECH

1. Sign in to https://my.garmtech.com.
2. Open Services → My Services.
3. Click your hosting plan.
4. Use the Login to Plesk (or similar) button.

Direct login (if needed)

If you need to open Plesk manually in a browser, use your plan’s server hostname with HTTPS:

• https://SERVER_HOSTNAME

If the login page does not open, try the standard Plesk port:

• https://SERVER_HOSTNAME:8443

Where to find the server hostname

• In My.GARMTECH, open your hosting service details and look for Server hostname.
• You will need the server hostname for secure connections: FTP‑SSL (FTPS), IMAP/POP3/SMTP, and sometimes for direct Plesk access.

Reset the Plesk password

1. In My.GARMTECH, open your hosting service.
2. Use the Change Password option for the service.
3. Log in to Plesk again using the updated password.

Security tips

• Use a long, unique password.
• Enable two‑factor authentication (2FA) in My.GARMTECH.
