Publish a SitePad website to your domain (GARMTECH Hosting)

SitePad is the current website builder available on GARMTECH Hosting. It lets you create a website visually and publish it to your domain directly from Plesk.

Before you start

• Make sure your domain is added to your hosting subscription in Plesk.
• If you already have an existing website in the same domain folder, create a backup first — publishing a SitePad site can overwrite files.

1) Open SitePad in Plesk

1. Open Plesk from My.GARMTECH (Hosting service → Login to Plesk).
2. Go to Websites & Domains and select the domain where you want to publish.
3. Open SitePad (it may appear as a separate menu item or an extension).

2) Create a new SitePad website

1. Click Create New Site.
2. Select a template and confirm.
3. Choose the target domain (or subdomain) and the installation path (usually the default is best).
4. Complete the wizard and open the SitePad editor.

3) Publish the website

1. In SitePad editor, click Publish.
2. Open your domain in a browser to confirm the website is visible.

Optional: enable HTTPS

1. In Plesk for the same domain, go to SSL/TLS Certificates.
2. Issue a Let’s Encrypt certificate.
3. Enable HTTPS redirection if needed.

Troubleshooting

• Website not visible → verify your DNS points to GARMTECH (nameservers or A/AAAA record) and allow time for DNS propagation.
• Old content still shows → clear your browser cache or check if a CDN is caching the old version.
