GARMTECH hosting services are managed in the Plesk control panel. If you cannot open Plesk or cannot log in, follow the checks below.

1) Use My.GARMTECH “Login to Plesk” (recommended)

The simplest way is to open Plesk via My.GARMTECH:

  1. Go to ServicesMy Services.
  2. Open your hosting plan.
  3. Click Login to Plesk.

This method also helps you avoid issues with cached sessions and wrong hostnames.

2) Open Plesk directly (correct URL)

If you want to open Plesk directly, use your service server hostname and the Plesk port:

Common mistake: opening only https://SERVER_HOSTNAME without :8443 usually opens your website (or a default page), not Plesk.

3) Fix an SSL certificate warning

If your browser shows a certificate warning when opening Plesk, the most common reasons are:

  • you opened Plesk by IP address,
  • you used your domain name instead of the service server hostname.

Solution: open Plesk using https://SERVER_HOSTNAME:8443/.

4) Redirect loop / blank page / constant login screen

  • Open Plesk in an incognito/private window.
  • Clear cookies for the Plesk hostname.
  • Try another browser or device to confirm whether it is a local browser issue.

5) “Your IP address has been blocked” / access denied after multiple attempts

After multiple failed logins, automated protection can temporarily block an IP address.

  • Wait 10–15 minutes and try again.
  • Try from a different network (mobile hotspot/VPN) to confirm it is an IP-based block.

If you still cannot access Plesk, open a support ticket in My.GARMTECH and provide the blocked IP address and the approximate time you saw the block message. (/tickets/create/step1)

6) Corporate networks / ISPs blocking port 8443

Some corporate networks block uncommon ports.

  • Try using another network (mobile hotspot) to confirm.
  • If your company firewall blocks the port, ask your network administrator to allow outbound access to port 8443.
