If you purchased a Plesk license from GARMTECH, you need to activate it in your Plesk installation (usually on a VPS). This article explains how to find your activation code in My.GARMTECH and apply it inside Plesk.
Step 1: Find your Plesk license key in My.GARMTECH
- Log in to My.GARMTECH.
- Open Services → My Services.
- Open your Plesk License service.
- Copy the activation code / license key shown in the service details.
Step 2: Open Plesk on your server

If you already access Plesk via a direct link in My.GARMTECH, use that.
Step 3: Install the license key in Plesk
- Log in to Plesk as administrator.
- Go to Tools & Settings → License Management (or License Information).
- Click Install Key (or Install).
- Paste your activation code and confirm.
Step 4: Refresh license data after renewal
If you renewed or upgraded the license and Plesk still shows old limits:
- Return to License Management and click Retrieve Keys / Refresh.
Troubleshooting
- Activation fails: make sure the server has outbound internet access so Plesk can contact licensing servers.
- Wrong edition/limits: verify you installed the correct key and that the license is assigned to the correct server/IP (if applicable).
