Activate a Plesk license purchased from GARMTECH

If you purchased a Plesk license from GARMTECH, you need to activate it in your Plesk installation (usually on a VPS). This article explains how to find your activation code in My.GARMTECH and apply it inside Plesk.

Step 1: Find your Plesk license key in My.GARMTECH

1. Log in to My.GARMTECH.
2. Open Services → My Services.
3. Open your Plesk License service.
4. Copy the activation code / license key shown in the service details.

Step 2: Open Plesk on your server

Plesk is commonly available at:

• https://your-server-hostname:8443 (typical)

If you already access Plesk via a direct link in My.GARMTECH, use that.

Step 3: Install the license key in Plesk

1. Log in to Plesk as administrator.
2. Go to Tools & Settings → License Management (or License Information).
3. Click Install Key (or Install).
4. Paste your activation code and confirm.

Step 4: Refresh license data after renewal

If you renewed or upgraded the license and Plesk still shows old limits:

• Return to License Management and click Retrieve Keys / Refresh.

Troubleshooting

• Activation fails: make sure the server has outbound internet access so Plesk can contact licensing servers.
• Wrong edition/limits: verify you installed the correct key and that the license is assigned to the correct server/IP (if applicable).
