DNS Configuration (Name Servers)

For clients of Shared Hosting (any plan). If you are using a previously registered domain, then you need to change the DNS – NameServers (NS records) records in domain registry (for example, nic.lv, goddady.com, joker.com, etc.) to following:

 

ns1.garmtech.com

ns2.garmtech.com

ns3.garmtech.com

*All records that existed before DNS modification must be deleted.

 

DNS records management (A, MX, CNAME, TXT, etc.) is available in Hosting Control Panel (Plesk), section Websites & Domains - example.com - DNS Settings.

For customers of a Virtual Server (any plan) and customers who purchased a domain (without hosting plan) and for other services.

If you are registering a new or using a previously registered domain, then you need to change the DNS - NameServers (NS records) records to the following:

 

ns1.garmtech.net

ns2.garmtech.net

*All records that existed before DNS modification must be deleted.

 

DNS records management is available in Client System https://my.garmtech.com/login - Domains - DNS Manager.

If DNS Manager module is not available, purchase or activate DNS Manager service. The DNS Manager service can also be activated upon the request to technical support service - support@garmtech.com
